Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Whilst we take reasonable care in creating the information on this website, this website and its contents may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies, and may not be complete or current, and are subject to change without notice.

 

Accordingly, use of this website is entirely at your own risk, and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website, or as to the information, content, materials, suppliers or products included on this website. To the extent that this website might contain links to websites operated by third parties, we have not endorsed or approved such other websites, or the information and materials on those websites.

 

Subject only to any responsibility or liability implied by law which cannot be excluded, we are not liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses whatsoever relating to or arising out of information, materials or services provided on or through our website, and where any responsibility or liability cannot by law be excluded, our liability is limited, to the supply of the goods or services, the repair of goods, or the payment of the costs of having the goods or services repaired or supplied again.

 

Refunds:  We make every effort to accurately represent our products on this website.  Please contact us if there are any difficulties with your order.  Refunds will be granted if you find the product to be significantly different from the website description at no cost to you.  However, if you change your mind about a product, a refund will be processed upon return of goods, and cost of delivery will be at your own expense.

 

Cancellation of an order:  Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances without incurring a cancellation fee. Please do not proceed in placing your order if you are unhappy with this condition.
Cancellation of an order will incur a 50% administration fee.  When placing an order on line, it is final and cannot be deleted once that the order has been received, without a cancellation fee and associated fees.


Delivery:  We use Australia Post for the majority of our online deliveries. 

 

Custom OrdersPlease be aware that if you place a custom order for kits or goods, that a 1 – 2 week delay in shipping may occur, in order for us to create the package.  If we are unable to source fabrics or materials to meet your request, we will notify you via email.  A full refund will be available to such orders in the event that suitable materials cannot be sourced.


Provision of Photos:  Customers are asked to ensure that they have full copyright licence with any photos that they forward to The Patchwork Studio.  The Patchwork Studio accepts no liability for photos supplied to us by customers who do not have permission or copyright to use said photos.
